After You Reach Out
F&F Stormwater keeps the process simple. No complicated intake, no waiting weeks for a quote.
Your message goes directly to our team. We read the details and prepare for a focused conversation before calling you back.
We call within one business day. Straight conversation: we listen, ask the right questions, and give you honest context before any proposal is made.
For most projects we schedule a site visit to assess conditions directly. Scopes are based on what we actually see, not assumptions.
You receive a clear written proposal: scope of work, timeline, and cost. No vague estimates, no hidden add-ons.
Our certified crews execute every scope. No subcontractors. You know who is on your site and have a direct line to us throughout.
At completion you receive all reports, compliance documentation, and maintenance records in the formats your regulators and engineers require.
Common Questions
Quick answers to what most clients want to know before making contact.
It helps to have the property address, the type of stormwater system on site if you know it (wet pond, underground detention, bioretention, etc.), and any regulatory correspondence such as an inspection report or notice of violation. Previous maintenance records are useful but not required. If you have none of this, that is fine too. The initial call is designed to help us gather what we need.
NOV inquiries are treated as priority. Fill out the form or call directly and note the regulatory deadline in your message. We will call you the same day when possible. F&F Stormwater handles the full NOV response: site assessment, corrective action plan, in-house repairs, and compliance reporting submitted to the applicable authority.
F&F Stormwater regularly travels beyond the core service area for chain store accounts and regional portfolios. If your property is outside NC, SC, VA, MD, DC, and Eastern TN, reach out anyway. For multi-site work in adjacent states we evaluate on a case-by-case basis and can often accommodate the scope.
Most proposals are delivered within two to five business days after the site visit. For straightforward scopes such as annual inspections or routine maintenance contracts, turnaround is typically faster. If the project has a compliance deadline, mention it during the site visit and we will prioritize the proposal accordingly.
Yes. We take on properties that have been previously maintained by other contractors, including those with compliance gaps or outstanding deficiencies from prior inspection reports. When we onboard an existing property we conduct an independent assessment of current conditions so the starting point is documented accurately, not inherited from someone else's records.
